QAISys, Inc. is dedicated to enabling our clients to effectively implement the QAISys® process and to gain maximum benefit from its use. To that end, we provide the necessary tools, training, and support.
QMS (QAISys® Management System) is the primary tool for implementation. It is a web application that functions in a manner resembling online banking systems. We create a secure account within QMS for our clients, assist with the necessary data acquisitions, and allow the client Account Administrator to establish and maintain login credentials for multiple users.
We provide a training course for our client Account Administrators that addresses all aspects of the QAISys® process. The training specifically covers these key areas: QMS use; pertinent Patient Safety Act provisions; account management; data security; data analysis; and effective implementation strategies. Successful completion of the course culminates in certification by QAISys, Inc. This allows us to assure that our clients have an administrator with adequate background to serve as a resident expert resource.
We provide ongoing support and consultation that enables our clients to achieve maximum benefit from use of the system. We assign an Account Sponsor to each of our client accounts. The Account Sponsor works directly with the client Account Administrator providing, practical, technical, and strategic implementation assistance.
