QAISys, Inc. is a Sub-Chapter S Corporation formed in June, 2005. Officers of the corporation include Rick Dale, Founder & CEO; Erin Shipley, Vice-President & CFO; Kevin Lingofelter, Vice-President of Development & CTO; and Jim Dale, Vice-President & COO.
We believe that in medical imaging services, quality equals patient safety. We know that the innovative approach to quality management that we facilitate through our services can have a profound effect on patient safety. We believe that the QAISys® process can and should be used to improve the overall quality of medical images in every medical imaging facility in the United States. To that end, we seek to develop tools that enable cost-effective implementation and to promote effective employment of the resultant data.
Key elements of the QAISys® method are proprietary and protected under US Patent No. 7,680,308. QAISys, Inc. owns exclusive rights to develop and market tools that facilitate the process.
